Pricing is transparent and based on the number of properties letting agents manage. It starts at £1.00 per property/month for the first 10 properties and reduces to 80p per property/month for additional properties. There is a small 20p premium for larger properties with more than 6 bedrooms. Importantly, there are no long-term contracts, and the first 3 months are free.
