How do I report a repair?
Once a tenants email is added to their property by their property manager, tenants can create a free account to report repairs and track all maintenance and compliance tasks via their dashboard. If a tenant can’t create an account, they can still report issues through a secure portal accessed here Create Ticket. Reporting using this link will feed into the property managers dashboard and will enable tenants to still receive updates on progress via email.
Is it really free to get started?
At Fiixit, we are passionate about helping independent landlords and property agents build that strong trusting relationship with their tenants. Initially landlords and property agents can add properties and tenants, raise unlimited tickets and enjoy a 3 month free trial. We want you to give Fiixit a proper trial as it is only then you can experience the benefits before committing to any monthly subscription fees. All tenants (subject to their landlord or property agent being a user) and tradespeople can create an account for free. There is no charge to join. How does the charging work?
We have created a charging structure that is simple for any landlord or property manager. No set up fees, no committed contractual period. You can use the Fiixit platform from as little as £1! Once any agreed trial period has expired, you will be moved to a subscription plan and charged according to the simple pricing matrix.

Yes. Fiixit timestamped repair records can feed directly into mydeposits evidence package. This helps landlords and tenants resolve deposit deductions faster and fairly. Having a complete record of the repair avaliable is reassuring for all parties should any dispute arise.
Is my data secure?
Fiixit take data privacy and security seriously and will be GDPR compliant. Your data is exactly that, yours! Fiixit will only use your data as necessary for business purposes and when you create an acount you will be able to view our T&Cs.
